Agustín del Pozo (Buenos Aires, 1993) is an Argentine singer, guitarist, educator, and composer based on Bern, Switzerland.

He is part of several musical projects, covering the most diverse styles from rock and metal to folk music.

Agustín gives private singing, guitar and songwriting lessons.

Recent concerts

Agustín's musical journey began at home, rummaging through the disk collection of his father, which included Bach, Beethoven, Queen, The Beatles and Paco De Lucía as a few examples. His childhood music would be completed by the Argentine rock of his mother, the tango that his grandfather listened daily on the radio and the musical evenings that his family performed in their meetings.

This inspiring environment motivated him to learn guitar from his older cousin. Later on came the conservatory and the private singing lessons. At the early age of 14 he made his first show in City Bar, a renowned underground hub in Buenos Aires. During his teenage years he was active as a singer, guitarist and composer in several groups in his hometown.

In 2015 Agustín migrated to Switzerland with the goal of getting higher education in music. He made it into the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne in the class of Robin De Haas and Monika Ballwein. In 2024 Agustín absolved a Master in Music Pedagogy in the Zurich University of Arts in the class of Rahel Hadorn and Martina Bovet.

His versatile musical identity led him to participate in projects of the most diverse styles from metal (Umber), folk (Chiflapacú), alternative folk (Dominique Hunziker) and latin fusion rock (Orquesta Atípica Sudaka).

Agustín is an experienced educator for singing, guitar and songwriting, working as an independent teacher in the Zurich region.
